Recruitment
Every diagnostic technologist that we hire undergoes an extensive process of application, testing, screening, license, and reference verification, as well as an in-depth interview. Our specialized recruiters also have the extensive diagnostic background it takes to completely understand both the needs of our technologists and the facilities they serve. We will not staff any facility with a diagnostic technologist who has not met our own rigorous standards of employment and certification first.
We are a Joint Commission certified registry. We will partner with your facility on every audit by immediately responding to your requests and using whatever audit format your facility favors. Our excellent, specially tailored computer program also enables us to keep track of the credentials and evaluations of all our personnel.
Mediscan carries every professional insurance contract and is compliant with all federal and state laws.
Reliable Service
On the rare occasion when a Mediscan diagnostic technologist cannot finish an assignment, we will make every effort possible to obtain a replacement.
Quality Improvement
We adamantly believe that our job does not end with the hiring and placement of diagnostic technologist in the health care system. We monitor our employees’ performance and execute a meticulous investigation of each incident report we receive. This is usually followed by employee counseling and/or disciplinary action if it is deemed necessary. We also evaluate the performance of our professionals based on feedback from our client facilities.
As a part of Mediscan’s quality control program, our representatives visit facilities on a regular basis to obtain feedback on the merits of the service we provide. We then discuss this service history during frequent staff meetings so that we can promptly address any concerns and staffing issues that may arise. We make sure there is always one point of contact on hand whom your facility may call in order to address a concern, because we know how important it is to get in touch with the right person to secure an immediate resolution.
We even monitor our own performance with monthly usage reports that are specifically generated by our computer program to help us track the number of filled and open orders at each facility.
