We accept only fully licensed and experienced therapists who go through intensive screening including a series of interviews and extensive background checks. We are able to keep track of the credentials and evaluations of all our personnel by using our specially tailored computer program.
We are a Joint Commission certified registry. We will partner with your facility on every audit by immediately responding to your requests and using any audit format your facility prefers.
Mediscan carries every professional insurance contract and is compliant with all federal and state laws.
Quality Improvement
As part of Mediscan’s quality control program, our representatives visit facilities on a regular basis to obtain feedback on the caliber of service we provide. We have frequent staff meetings to discuss the service history so that we may quickly resolve any concerns and/or work related issues that may arise.
We make sure that there is always one point of contact on hand to whom any facility can address a concern and get immediate resolution. We even monitor our own performance with monthly usage reports specifically generated by our computer program to help us track the number of filled and impending orders at each facility.
